I can't find any mention of these leds online Doorbell is less than 6 months old.i tried to factory reset and now it is just frozen   But the camera isn't coming online and there is no announcement in my house saying someone is approaching my door

My ring doorbell (battery powered) will not charge and its still pretty new

I put it on charge and a solid white ring comes on, on the app it shows it is hardwired but doesnt charge When i take it off of charge, the white ring goes off, but doesnt work when pressing the button and the app still says it has 0% battery. My ring doorbell has never caused any issues until recently when it has stopped recording any motion at all Even when entering the house where the doorbell is, it doesn’t record or let me know there’s motion?no settings have been changed so i’m confused.

Where could i turn off or adjust the sound? Hi i’ve got ring doorbell pro with plug in adapter I want to replace it with ring pro 2 hard wired with transformer Can i install ring pro 2 with current existing plug in adapter of previous ring.

So not i cannot get the ring doorbell pro to connect to internet Mainly beacuse it will not get to the spinning white circle during set up I've pushed the reboot button on side To clarify, ring doorbells and security cameras do not record 24/7, and they are not intended to record continuously

Your doorbell or camera will record when motion is detected or when someone rings the doorbell. When i go in to reset network i can't get the white circle to spin I've tried to do a total reset by holding the button on the side of the doorbell for 30 seconds I have a ring pro 2 doorbell and for quite some time i can’t hear people speak to me
