I own none of these videos/images. 400mg is the dose i've taken it at before, generally mixed with other stimulants, nootropics, and other supplements I didn't notice anything negative, theobromine poisoning is a thing but you'd have to take an insane amount of it for any harm to come out of it With all this being said, (as far as possible side effects go) i like alpha yohimbine and grains of paradise so maybe the trembles.
